Velo Mondial is a foundation to Dutch law.

The chairman to the non-Executive Board is Gene Conti, former Chief Deputy Secretary of the Department of Transportation of North Carolina USA. Its secretary is Louis de Waal, former CEO of Hawkins, Hawkins and Osborne in Cape Town South Africa. Advisor to the board is Clasien Slebos.

The Conference Selection Advisory Committee helps in selecting future Conference sites.

Pascal van den Noort is chair of the Executive Board  and runs the day to day operations of Velo Mondial He also runs Velo.Info, as its Executive Director.
