Velo Mondialprovides opportunities for cities to improve their support for cyclingplanning in order to achieve the benefits that cycling can offer. 

We ask participating cities to engage and perform three activities, in return for which:

• They will receive a Velo.Info Status Award in Bronze, Silver, Gold or Platinum for their cycling policy. 
• They will receive their City’s Characteristics Report which will be publicized on the Spicycles Interactive Map fon Cycling Planning 
• Participating Cities will be able to online produce a report comparing their cycling policy with other participating city’s policy on cycling planning.
• They will be invited to discuss the results of their contribution in meetings and seminars.
• They will receive Electronic Newsletterswith results of the Action
