Movers for Mobility aims at organizing various interest groups that will achieve more progress when working together:

• An Industry Group
• An Expert group
• A Government group
• A Consumers Group

Movers for Mobility works at the global, regional, national and local level and will meet in networks and research projects, as well as during conferences, workshops and in events.

Movers for Mobility promotes the Charter for Bicycle Friendly Communities, that asks mayors and elected city officials around the world to commit to taking steps that improve conditions for cycling. Once city representatives have signed the charter, they will be asked to benchmark their city to determine the status of the city’s ’Bicycle friendliness’. The award categories are bronze, silver, gold and platinum.

Furthermore ’Movers for Mobility’ will promote plans that are relevant to its Industry Group, Expert group, Government group, Consumers Group. A research program will be one of the priorities.
